MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position. **Education/Experience:** + Must possess one or more of the following + Associate's degree in security management, Communications, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field. + Minimum of four (4) years of security experience with at least two (2) years of experience in managing multiple projects. + Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a security or safety environment. + Must be able to be certified as an instructor in CPR/AED/First Aid, Stop the Bleed, AVADE Workplace Violence Prevention, or similar trainings. + Strong knowledge of security practices, emergency response procedures, and relevant regulations. + Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in using training software, tools, and Microsoft Office. + Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure. + Ability to train and coach others, and to effectively enforce post orders, security standards and company policies equitably and consistently + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.
