The principal will lead staff development, oversee RTI efforts, and manage special education data and compliance. They will support a positive school climate, utilizing data to maintain enrollment and attendance, and fostering a collaborative environment with staff, students, and parents. Additionally, the principal will handle personnel management, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. They will manage the schools budget and facilities, ensuring a safe and orderly environment. Community relations will involve hosting meetings, promoting the school, and engaging with community groups to support the schools mission. The principal will also pursue professional growth, model professionalism, and ensure adherence to ethical standards.
