We are a multi-disciplinary team of therapists and administrative staff passionate about serving the needs of our patients and the community. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time bilingual patient representative to join our front desk team at our NW OKC office. The ideal candidate is a friendly, energetic, outgoing individual with extensive computer experience, excellent communication skills, and a problem solver that enjoys finding innovative ways to work efficiently and effectively in a high-paced environment. Our clinic is located inside the Shepherd Center at NW 23rd and Villa.Job ResponsibilitiesGreet our incoming patients, families, and guestsProvide translation services as needed for therapy and evaluationAnswer incoming phone calls Check-in patients upon arrival in a timely and prompt mannerScheduling (scheduling appointments, canceling appointments, etc).Light housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic/waiting areaAssist the therapy team in their day-to-day activities as neededPerform other key tasks as assigned by the leadership team.RequirementsFluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED (experience with medical Spanish preferred) High School Diploma (minimum)Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to work with patients, physicians, and peers.Ability to multitask successfully and excellent organizational skills.Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work independently without a high degree of oversight. Must have extensive computer experience and quickly adapt to changes in procMust be available to work M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm or M - F 1:00-6:00 p.mBenefits (Fulltime employees)Health Insurance401K matching after 1 year of employmentPTO (10 days) available after 120 days8 paid holidays3 days of sick leaveCompensation$16-18 /hour depending on experience
