Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by coordinating activities, supporting the RFP process, measuring KPIs, and optimizing our CRM system.. This position requires a deep understanding of sales motions and sales support, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
  • Assist the sales team in channeling leads, preparing proposals, and developing sales presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline status.
  • Highlight critical milestones and due dates across the organization to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Create client collateral and manage version control.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new sales team members, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create reports on sales and sales team performance to ensure metrics are met.
Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Manage sales contracts, agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar high-performing sales coordinator role, preferably working in pharma services.
  • Demonstrable $ impact through initiative and perseverance.
