Manage on time Run@Rate at supplier location. Manage on time APQP/PPAP for Supplier Change Requests Manage supplier escalations within the supplier quality organization. Communicate and interface within the supplier quality organization. QUALIFICATIONS Engineering degree (mechatronic, electrical, electronics). No less than 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry (no less than 2 years in Quality) In-depth knowledge of the methodology for the standardized assurance of the quality and reliability of E/E products and components (Simulation, CAE, AEC Qxx - series, IPC A series, Functional Safety ISO 26262 (HIL/SIL), Automotive Spice, as well as the HV specifications). Understanding manufacturing processes of electric/electronic assemblies: PCB assembly, ESD, LIN bus, software, assembly and automation, high-voltage technology. VDA 6.3 certification is preferred. Full knowledge on Automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, R&R, GDT) Desirable to have Six Sigma training (Green Belt) Basic IT Tools (MS Suite)
