As a Line of Business Risk Specialist Senior within PNC's Finance Governance Oversight organization, you will be based in Gaithersburg, MD or other specified locations. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. Responsibilities Develop and oversee the FGO Financial and Regulatory framework programs. Set Financial and Regulatory Framework Methodologies and Expectations, including Materiality Thresholds & qualitative considerations. Perform 2LOD review, challenge, and governance functions for FGO supported control framework. Effectively communicate identified issues to management and appropriate governing Committees. Ensure issues are tracked/reported within eGRC Archer and addressed by Management with an effective remediation plan. Foster collaboration and coordination, including open communication across the FGO team and with business partners. Support broader Control and Finance initiatives. Job Description Execute the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement. Enable line of business adherence with risk management programs. Participate in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Lead in the design and development of specific risk management program components. Execute the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. business self-assessment and quality reviews). May lead cross-functional teams. Provide risk expertise while working with businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Lead or influence risk initiatives and business activities. Identify risk, assess impact, and make recommendations on resolution. Report and escalate risk and program compliance as appropriate.
