MMP Staffing is a reputable recruitment agency specializing in providing staffing solutions across various industries, including IT, Commercial, Hospitality, and Healthcare. We are dedicated to matching talented candidates with rewarding career opportunities while assisting our clients in meeting their staffing needs.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staffing Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts, with a primary focus on coordinating staffing needs within the healthcare sector, as well as providing assistance in IT, Commercial, and Hospitality recruitment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH & ENGLISH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and assist in developing recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate job postings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
  • Assist with the preparation of employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and assistance as needed.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to attract talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in staffing coordination or recruitment support role is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare recruitment is a plus.
