- Capture high-resolution images of all vehicles in inventory, including exterior, interior, and key features, ensuring consistent and professional quality of images.
- Utilize proper lighting and staging techniques to highlight vehicle attributes effectively.
- Edit and retouch photos as needed to improve visual appeal and accuracy.
- Ensure that images meet dealership standards and are consistent with branding guidelines.
- Review and verify that all vehicle photos are clear, correctly framed, and free from distractions.
- Maintain acceptable production time from vehicle arrival to photo upload.
- Organize and categorize photos systematically for easy access and retrieval.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that photos remain up-to-date with inventory changes.
- Maintain and care for all photographic equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.
- Stay current with technological advancements and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.
- Adhere to dealership policies and procedures for vehicle photography and image management.
- Ensure compliance with any industry regulations related to automotive photography.
- Proven experience in automotive photography or a related field.
- Proficiency with photographic equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality vehicle photography.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for capturing attractive vehicle imagery.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a dealership environment or with automotive photography is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
