Job Summary

Cennox is seeking a skilled Bank Equipment Technician to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a key member of our field services team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and other banking equipment in the Tucson and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and detail exterior of ATMs and kiosks
  • Inspect electrical systems and perform minor refurbishments
  • Remove nonstandard signage and other materials from ATMs and surrounding areas
  • Clean stainless-steel surfaces inside bank vaults
  • Ensure 10-ft radius surrounding machines is clear of trash before exiting work site
  • Complete project work, including alarm surveys, ADA compliance inspections, software updates, and site surveys
  • Sanitize high-contact surfaces
  • Regularly inspect and dry-wipe ATMs and drive-up banking equipment
  • Take photographs of required devices, forms, and areas
  • Organize and manage paperwork and inventory

Requirements

  • Smart phone familiarity and tech-savvy with strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong work ethic to work independently and reliably meet deadlines
  • Great communication/customer service skills and ability to interpret/execute written instructions
  • Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
