Job Summary:

Cennox is seeking a highly skilled Bank Equipment Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and other banking equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the exterior of ATMs, including updated signage and decals, and inspect electrical systems.
  • Perform minor refurbishments and replace light bulbs as needed.
  • Remove non-standard signage and other materials from ATMs and surrounding areas.
  • Clean stainless-steel surfaces inside bank vaults.
  • Ensure the surrounding area is clear of trash before exiting the work site.
  • Complete project work, including alarm surveys, ADA compliance inspections, software updates, and site surveys.
  • Sanitize high-contact surfaces and regularly inspect and dry-wipe ATMs and drive-up banking equipment.
  • Take photographs of required devices, forms, and areas.
  • Organize and manage paperwork and inventory.

Requirements:

  • Smart phone familiarity and technical aptitude, with a strong mechanical and electrical background.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Great communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interpret and execute written instructions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with electrical functions, general repairs, or similar fieldwork.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school or apprenticeship a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all-weather conditions, with extensive daily travel.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry a 10-foot ladder.
  • Good hand/eye coordination and vision correctable to 20/20.
