**Job Title Responsibilities:**

* Act as an advocate to assigned fleets to expedite unit down repairs

* Works with OEM to track fleet performance and makes recommendations to improve reliability

* Proactively provides Thru-put Data to large and national service customers

* Schedules and coordinates in person visits to customer to review uptime data

* Works with service departments to ensure critical parts are ordered and expedited to complete repairs timely

* Promotes all service and collision capabilities to the assigned accounts

* Maintains network of fleet advocating in the network to assist with customer issues

* Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner

* Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

* Establishes goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devises a strategy to meet those goals

* Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc.

* Maintains reporting systems required by general management and the manufacturer

* Follows all attendance and punctuality standards and adheres to timekeeping standards

* Follows the Company Code of Business Ethics and Conduct

* Understands and follows all work rules and follows lawful directions from Supervisors

* Upholds the companys non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements

* Maintains a professional appearance for self and subordinates in accordance with company policy

* Attends pertinent training on request

* Assists with organizing and attends special events held at dealership or in the community

* Attends company meetings as required

* Other duties as assigned

**Job Title Requirements:**

**Education**

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; OR six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Experience**

A minimum of one year experience is required.

**Licenses or Certificates**

A valid drivers license is required.
