You are the first interaction for our patients, and it is imperative that you make each patient feel welcomed, comfortable, and hopeful. Patients should be greeted enthusiastically by phone and in person, and patient needs should be accommodated whenever possible. Responsibilities: Answering phone calls Patient intake and registration Scheduling appointments Demographics data entry Insurance verification Collecting payments Patient and authorization follow-up Ensuring accurate and timely patient insurance billing The Patient Relations Specialist is also responsible for clinical administrative functions. This person is a team player, leading the charge with exceptional customer service, a passion for personalized service, and a strong ability to learn new tasks quickly, including processes within the clinic and software navigation.
