Job Summary

As a Pharmacist - Patient Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Your responsibilities will include reviewing medication orders, maintaining drug information, and participating in clinical programs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Review medication orders for completeness, safety, and efficacy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date drug information
  • Participate in clinical programs and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program
  • New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure)
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy or clinically relevant experience
