Build, create, and develop a field team from scratch, assembling the dream team to conquer the Hair Sector

Craft an innovative GTM strategy for our outbound sales channel, turning plans into action-packed results.

Execute a dynamic sales strategy, complete with market analysis, client targeting, and pricing brilliance.

Keep our business booming by monitoring core reviews and leading strategic initiatives for unstoppable growth.

Be the guiding light for a team of sales superstars, inspiring greatness and achieving epic goals.

Team up with other departments to streamline our sales process and ignite data-driven projects.

Lead the charge in implementing sales process upgrades and ensuring everyone's on board with our tools.

Set the stage for success with clear and effective sales policies.

Requirements:

A whopping 10+ years of sales experience in the Pro Beauty industry, preferably Hair Sector.

A track record of triumph as you've led sales teams to glory.

An ownership mindset paired with the flexibility to tackle any challenge.

Masterful stakeholder management skills and top-notch communication.

Analytical prowess that fuels your data-driven decision-making.
