You will be working as our ASC lead representative as part of a well-established & supportive Care Group senior leadership team in one of the largest integrated health & social care community providers. Leading on working collaboratively in an effective way, you will ensure the duality of the S75 Partnership Agreement requirements & Care Group’s integrated services mission are delivered, including implementing strategic & operational objectives in an outcome focused & timely way, ensuring that S75 statutory & regulatory duties are fully observed. The position specifically operationally manages & leads the Adult Social Care services across the county & ensures strong governance as well as the highest possible standards & quality of provision.
