Job Overview: As the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a critical role in driving our recruitment strategy and acquiring top talent to support our business objectives. You will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals and collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment plans, and execute strategies to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in talent acquisition, a strategic mindset, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives and recruitment plans to support the company's growth objectives and workforce needs.
  2. Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and achieve recruitment goals.
  3. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, workforce planning priorities, and talent gaps across the organization.
  4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with business objectives and priorities.
  5. Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions.
  6. Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  7. Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the candidate experience and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  8. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment practices and stay competitive in the marketplace.
  10. Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and offer negotiation.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a commitment to promoting a culture of belonging and equity in the workplace.
