The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist the Talent Acquisition Team in all aspects of recruitment for all of our schools in the Southeast Division

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with Talent Acquisition Team, HR Generalists, HR Director, and Department Heads to develop recruitment plans to achieve required staffing levels.
  • Assists the Talent Acquisition team in developing and maintaining professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants.
  • Directs the efforts of employment agencies and search firms as needed.
  • Provides information on company operations and job opportunities to potential applicants.
  • As needed, provides initial applicant screenings to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
  • Conducts reference checks.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition Team with managing job related email accounts.
  • Maintains records on recruiting activities as required.
  • Helps manage multiple applicant tracking systems and keeps postings up to date.
  • Assesses career fair and recruitment season success to help evaluate effectiveness.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelors in HR or related field preferred
  • 1 year of recruiting experience preferred
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills preferred (G Suite, Microsoft Office)
