The onsite Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing plans that will grow, engage, and maintain followers for pH-D Feminine Health leveraging various digital and social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will tactically and creatively execute consumer engagement activities to grow followers and to convert consumers into leads, leads into purchasers, and to grow influencers and loyal brand followers. ROLES & RESPONSIBILIES: Manage Social Media, Content Creation, and Strategy In collaboration with the marketing and cross-functional teams, build and maintain quarterly planning for social media content across platforms. Responsible for day-to-day content posting, community management, and goals for deliverables on multiple platforms, which may include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms as they develop and emerge. Creatively & collaboratively develop social media campaigns with internal team and external agencies that help to achieve marketing and sales goals, inclusive of campaign development, and influencer strategies. Stay educated and up to date on platform updates, beta testing and new platform opportunities. Develop and implement content including copy, videos, graphics, photography etc. Lead tagging, titling, linking and keyword optimization of all content. Collaborate with stakeholders to brainstorm, plan, develop and execute campaigns and promotions on social platforms. Remain up to date on branded content regulations and restrictions. Stay up to date on the evolving roles of social media platforms and algorithms that affect day-to-day publishing and content strategy. Track and follow current events and trends to keep content relevant, appropriate and within brand guidelines while using sound journalistic ethics and judgment. Community and Influencer Engagement Grow social communities, launch influencer strategies, and build partnerships to support product and brand campaigns. Collaborate with Marketing team to steward sharable and engaging Influencer-branded content consistent with Brand voice, personality & tone. Develop and implement regular social promotions and campaigns, and report metrics. Oversee the production of shareable and engaging social-first content, info-tainment and real-time reactive video. Analyze and Inform Collaborate with Marketing team to support all paid social efforts, providing data analytics and metric reporting with enhancement recommendations. Develop ongoing actionable reporting based on mutually agreed upon KPIs. Capacity to work and react quickly in a digital news environment, which may involve working evenings and weekends. Strong writing skills, including a capacity for SEO-friendly headlines and descriptions. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management focused on growth marketing. Exceptional creative and multi-tasking skills. Takes initiative to organize and implement agreed upon plans. Experience in measuring, analyzing, and reporting social media metrics. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, copywriting, graphic design, and blogging, preferred. Experience working with Creator networks, influencer strategies, and corresponding measurement platforms. Deep understanding of creating video for digital platforms and storytelling for social platforms Exposure to live streaming production. Intuitive and creative problem solver with impeccable organizational skills. Must be open to being on camera.
