- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results areas (KRAs) for social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Engage with customers and followers through social media, fostering a strong online community and promoting brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring our online presence remains innovative and effective.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers and industry partners, driving awareness and acquisition through strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing brand campaigns on social media, with a proven track record of success.
- 5+ years of communications and/or marketing experience in the tech, entertainment, or music industry, with a strong understanding of media, technology, and consumer services.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Strong strategic presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus among teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry-leading CRM tools and social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Pinterest.
- Experience building and managing Discord servers and communities is a strong plus.
Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing, or a related field.
- Multimedia production skills in video and photo editing.
- Strong copywriting skills, with experience writing articles and copy for large audiences.
