OVERVIEW:

Our client is a leading player in the oil and gas industry, committed to delivering energy solutions that power the world. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top technical talent to support our operations and growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top-tier technical professionals in the oil and gas sector, including engineers, geologists, data scientists, and other specialized roles.

Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the company.

Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Offer Administration: Prepare and extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including EEO and OFCCP guidelines.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, providing regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within the oil and gas industry or a related field.

EDU: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Expertise: Familiarity with technical roles and industry-specific requirements in the oil and gas sector. (PASSIVE CANDIDATES)

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

**Duration:** This is a contract position with potential for extension based on performance and company needs.
