* Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities.

* Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees.

* Schedule distribution of work of assigned warehouse employees to optimize productivity.

* Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary.

* Assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse equipment.

* Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in clean, safe and orderly conditions.

* Will need to take appropriate actions regarding unforeseeable issues during assigned shift and assure that issues are properly documented and communicated to Management as soon as possible.

* Any other duties/functions as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

* High school education or equivalent

* 1 to 3 years warehouse experience or related experience.

* Working Knowledge warehouse operations, procedures, equipment and terminology.

* Similar with space utilization and inventory techniques.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills communicate with a wide range of people.

* Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
