E MAIL MARKETING SPECIALIST | JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY At Magnolia, the Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and testing owned marketing campaigns including email, SMS and push messages to retain and engage our audience. The Email Marketing Specialist builds and maintains strong relationships between Magnolia and our customers and potential clients through email communication. This position works from Magnolia Headquarters in Waco, Texas. It reports to the Performance Marketing Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the marketing team to develop an email marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and business objectives. Execute email/text/push notification message deployment and ensure accurate and timely execution utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate on post-click experience with Ecommerce and cross-functional teams. Recommend and execute email journey and segmentation building in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop audience segmentation plans, A/B testing, and journey creation to optimize user experience and engagement. Conduct reporting and analytics for email/text/push notification channels, reporting out to internal marketing and cross-functional teams and continually optimizing based on target. Manage email subscriber lists, ensuring they are segmented appropriately for targeted and personalized campaigns. Stay informed about email marketing best practices, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and deliverability. Perform other duties as assigned. ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred. 2-4 years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Experience with project management tools like Workfront/Asana and reporting tools like Adobe Analytics preferred. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; use hands and arms to reach, handle, feel; utilize fine motor dexterity of fingers; talk or hear and taste or smell.
