- Seeking a results-oriented, cross-functional team member to manage the creation of email campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This role will be a member of the Digital Marketing Operations (DMO) team and responsible for assisting the Company brand marketing teams and other DMO team members as they design and execute customer journeys and emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This team member will also be looked to support brands in strategy development to capitalizing on the full benefits of the platform's extensive capabilities.
- Develop & execute email campaigns in Marketing Cloud (70%)
- Manage and execute all aspects of delivering audience campaigns.
- Configure, deploy and manage campaigns to meet deadlines and milestones and provide timely updates on overall status.
- Partner with brand marketing, audience engagement, and other agency team members to understand audience needs and campaign strategy
- Manage audience and data extensions
- Test and optimize campaign, including sharing test emails with and ensuring full stakeholder alignment prior to going into production
- Complete QA and process checks to ensure error-free deployments and troubleshoot any issues
- Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce/complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance
- Track key performance indicators, develop and deliver reports and dashboards, derive insights from results, and recommend enhancements
- Handle requests for special reports, data, and campaign tracking information
- Advance digital marketing (15%)
- Design testing strategies for improving campaigns' effectiveness, pilot new ideas, measure their impact, and roll-out when successful
- Define and maintain email standards, email size, and HTML/CSS format
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across SFMC
- Document campaign processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency of campaign production, and roll-out initiatives to streamline email marketing
- Identify opportunities for possible future A/B testing
- Support other Digital Marketing Operations Projects (15%)
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related business discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Cloud power user, including email development, Interaction Studio, campaign set-up, and journey builder
- Project Management experience of at least 2 years
- Knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance (e.g., GDPR or CCPA)
- Top 5 required skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Interactions Studio, Automation Studio, and Advertising Studio
- Aptitude to manage multiple projects, expand knowledge and learn new skills and technologies to fully support SFMC Platform adoption
- Effective facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, collaborative, responsive, organized, able to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
