We help people travel more and worry less. About the Role Customer Service Support provides support to Medical Assistance Coordinators throughout the day. This support includes triage of calls, assisting with locating doctors or facilities for an individual to seek treatment, and educating on our services. This role will be diligent in assisting with inbound emails, inbound calls and facilitating clerical type work to close out assistance back-office requests. This is not inclusive of the job functions, rather touching on the multi-functional needs. This position involves communicating with a wide range of individuals, internal and external to AIG. We are seeking qualified candidates to join our group. We provide candidates with good work/life balance in exchange for this challenging, fast paced, and often demanding environment.
