Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers, while demonstrating enthusiasm and empathy.
- Mentor and train new Customer Care Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Perform and transact maintenance and monetary transactions, including negotiation of fee refunds and lost/stolen debit cards.
- Protect the bank and customer from exposure to loss, fraud, and identity theft by complying with all department and company confidentiality guidelines.
- High School Diploma Required
- Less than 2 years OR 1-2 years customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales experience Required
