Overview

The B2B eCommerce Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Company's B2B Salesforce Commerce Cloud eCommerce platform (the "ALL/IN platform) continues to represent a best in class solution for its internal and external stakeholders, both in terms of continued enhancements to functionality as well as the use of content in order to maximize conversions and adoption. The B2B eCommerce Manager is also responsible for driving on-site content monetization efforts as well as customer and internal stakeholder adoption.

Responsibilities

    • Manage the technical and functional roadmap of the ALL/IN eCommerce platform, prioritizing proposed enhancements to ensure that they are reflective of the Company's business needs, gaining alignment from relevant internal stakeholders for roadmap prioritization, and lead the effort to build business requirements and ensure that each platform release is completed on time and on budget.
    • Manage the prioritization of content to be displayed within the ALL/IN eCommerce platform, to ensure that prime site real estate (i.e. home page banners, category page banners, etc.) display content that is aligned with the Company's supplier and/or product priorities, as well as any commitments made as part of the site's monetization strategy and plan.
    • Lead the implementation of the site adoption plan both for internal and external (customer and supplier) adoption of the eCommerce platform.
    • Maintain visibility to emerging eCommerce marketing, merchandising, user interface and user experience trends, strategies and tactics, to ensure that the ALL/IN platform continues to be regarded as best in class in terms of functionality, content and user experience
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, communications or equivalent experience
    • 3-5 years' experience working in eCommerce management, eCommerce marketing or eCommerce merchandising
    • Strong understanding of the digital marketing and eCommerce landscape
    • B2B eCommerce experience is very helpful
    • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing plans that resulted in eCommerce platform adoption and/or growth
    • Knowledge of and/or experience in beverage alcohol marketing and/or eCommerce preferred but not required.
    • Ability to develop and execute complex business initiatives
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Comfortable working in a position that is responsible for driving change
    • Able to achieve consensus across various levels of internal and external organizations
    • Able to establish and maintain high levels of credibility with external audiences (customers and/or suppliers)
