Role Responsibilities:
  • Deliver both telephonic and face-to-face assistance to users regarding email systems, directories, standard Windows desktop software, and various applications.
  • Act as the primary contact for diagnosing issues related to network applications, as well as hardware and software challenges involving PCs and printers.
  • Manage user accounts, including the creation, deletion, and modification of accounts as necessary.
Qualifications:

Education / Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency with PC operating systems such as DOS and Windows, alongside networking knowledge.

  • Familiarity with the Remedy Ticketing System is essential. Candidates should be capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong verbal communication and written comprehension skills are required.
