Job Description The primary responsibility of this position is to drive new business development through several channels including internal banking partners, internal/external business partners, external search consultants and direct to institutional buyers. The sales director will be responsible for the growth of the segment and, working in concert with practice leadership, to build the organization's brand within their market segment.
