The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new Enterprise sales opportunities, providing product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.

Your primary focus will be on introducing company products and services to new and/or existing customers, developing and maintaining accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts, and managing quota funnels. You will also be responsible for developing and managing relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to attain additional business and retain existing revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and customer appointments
  • Develop and maintain relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to attain additional business and retain existing revenue
  • Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and/or existing accounts
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales and/or revenue forecasts and quota funnels
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry sales experience
  • Minimum skills required to perform in this role
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
