Position Title: Manager, IT Compliance
Pay Grade: 700
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary: The Manager IT Compliance Analysis is primarily responsibility is to oversee the operation of the IT infrastructure and Desktop Support functions and its interaction with the internal and external users which includes Server Management, Network Administration, User & Account Management, User Security, IT Help Desk and System Application, HSM Installation, support and to ensure that all IT activities are aligned with the business objectives of the organization. Plan, coordinate, direct, design all operational activities of the above functions, as well as provide direction/support for IT solutions that enhance critical business operations. This position will work closely with senior management in all departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. Strong analytical business skills, technical competence, communication, organization and leadership skills are a must.
Position Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current IT infrastructure and identify technologies and propose changes to improve the security, scalability and reliability of our overall environment
- Provide infrastructure/security project management oversight whether project is internally staffed or managed via SOW or third party, and ensuring the projects are delivered to scope, timeline and budget. HSM installation for certificate management
- IT audits for national and regional banks and partners, maintaining compliance with legal, regulatory or contractual requirements
- Third party vendor management
- Manages the development, design/architecture, installation, analysis, and on-going improvement of the information technology infrastructure Develop internal metrics to measure the performance and availability of the network, servers and system applications and to make all necessary improvement to ensure the organizations needs are being met
- Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures necessary to evaluate IT Operations staff, make changes if necessary and build a talented team of professional utilizing strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Design, develop and maintain a robust IT security platform to protect CE assets from emerging digital threats and vulnerabilities
- Provide direction on a cloud technology roadmap and drive conversion of legacy systems to leverage cloud tech where applicable
- Risk management including disaster recovery or business resumption planning
- Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs and to translate these into technology solutions that are then incorporated into technology project plans.

Qualifications: Skills and Experience
- Possession or pursuit of a BS degree is required in computer science or related technical field. MS/MBA specializing in IT with relevant experience is/are highly desirable.
- 10+ years IT management experience with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess and exhibit an open management style, with emphasis on motivating teams, managing change and transition, mentoring and coaching for performance and developing both individual and team potential.
- Thorough current knowledge and understanding of data warehouse architecture and cross-functional systems interfaces which support automated business processes.
- Proven experience setting and managing operating and capital budgets and resource allocation to implement technology solutions.
- Demonstrated experience leading onshore and offshore development contractual arrangements while navigating through data management complexities in a global business environment.
- Ability to build and sustain excellent interpersonal relationships and collaborations with stakeholders and key business partners
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, headsets, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This job may be located in an environment with ringing phones, conversation, or customer contact.
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however some physical work may be required. This would require the ability to lift objects weighing no more than ten pounds, crawl under desk areas, open filing cabinets or large boxes and bend or stand on a stool (no higher than nine inches) as necessary.
Supervision: All personnel associated with the assigned IT group.
Relationships: Interact and work collaboratively with all levels of management. Must work closely with all department managers and company executives. Must work cooperatively with all other members of the IS/IT departments. May interact and work collaboratively with representatives of outside clients or other parties, including compliance examiners
