Responsibilities include maintaining KPIs for Fill Rate, Backorder Lines, and Inventory objectives, and creating detailed analysis using Excel, Access, or other analytical software for management reports. This role involves developing and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs) and expediting critical low inventory parts with strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. Key Accountabilities: Update and validate pipeline and transfer data, initiate purchase orders/transfers (35%) Communicate KPIs, part shortages, inventory projections, and critical metrics to Management (25%) Support business needs of brands and ports (20%) Place monthly purchase orders and transfer orders, analyze PDC needs (10%) Work with expediting team to resolve critical needs (5%) Develop, review, document, and maintain SOPs, audit adherence to SOPs (5%) Performed Duties: Update pipeline and transfer sheets daily using SAP data Review transfer files and balance inventory Address port installation errors and other error resolutions Ensure aged in transit report clean up Handle ad-hoc analysis and special projects Run Data Warehouse queries and ensure data integrity Monitor orders and resolve critical parts with expedite team Improve forecasting and inventory management processes Address planning and expediting issues with OEs Monitor KPIs and take appropriate actions Respond to shortage reports and send monthly inventory updates Attend port audits as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma required Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred 3-5 years of inventory management experience Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Experience with Access or SQL preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
