Contract Strategy Specialist (Colorado Springs)

The Contract Strategy Specialist will be vital in supporting the sales organization in contract creation, with the primary goal of ensuring all contracts are processed accurately and efficiently by strictly adhering to predefined internal service level agreements and authority matrices.

Your role:

This role requires working independently with minimal supervision, understanding basic contracting functions (including legal terms, pricing, compliance, and contract lifecycle management), and developing expertise in equipment and disposable product contract models. Responsibilities include acting as the point of contact for sales on pricing and deal structure, using Apttus CPQ to manage quotes and contracts, influencing sales teams, ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.com and Apttus, and identifying process improvements. Additional duties involve performing user acceptance testing, maintaining contract management processes, supporting leadership, managing deal tracking, and demonstrating high attention to detail.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related experience including contracts management, project management, customer support, financial analysis
  • You have a bachelor's degree in related discipline, or a combination of education and related experience
  • The ability to demonstrate customer relations skills, maintain a positive image during all interactions, and ability to be persistent while maintaining tact
  • You have strong organization / time management - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, self-directed with strong initiative
  • Experience and comfort in a high volume, fast paced environment is essential
  • You have a deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, Workflow Approval process and over associated processes
  • Preferred background in software-based solutions, with prior experience in the Medical Industry; Apttus CPQ knowledge is a plus
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $54,000 to $96,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO.
