Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Crane Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Talent Strategy. As a Crane Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our overhead cranes and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues on overhead cranes, hoists, and rigging systems.
  • Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance work to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Work with high voltage electrical systems, including 480v and 3-phase electrical.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Document work orders and findings to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Technical background in overhead crane systems and heavy equipment maintenance.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
