TITLE: Construction Account ManagerEMPLOYMENT CATEGORY: Regular/Full TimeLOCATION: Fort Lauderdale, FLSHIFT: FlexibleREPORTS TO: SVP of Construction OBJECTIVE/MISSION:Partner with the resources provided (BDC, Estimators, Take-off Teams) to meet the needs of our clients and build lasting relationships. Spend face time with clients. Determine what they want and what they need. Help them make a decision based on the best options available. You are the "Face of the Company". 100% Focus on securing capital roof replacement projects. Our ideal Commercial Client is someone who makes multiple roofing and waterproofing decisions. KEY RESULTS:Achievement of individual and departmental gross margin dollar objectives.Achievement of individual and departmental number of contracts secured objectives.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:College degree required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable professional experience a plus.Ability to read and write English. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presenting to large groups and associations required.Demonstrable math skills, including basic calculations and measuring.Able to effectively use computers/technology IE Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, and others.Roofing sales, installation, estimating, project management, or property management experience is a plus but not a must.Must be a team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.Possess a high set of moral and ethical standards.Willing and able to climb ladders - comfortable with heights.BENEFITS:Semi-Annual bonus potential based on achieving key results metrics.
