Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges, and provide personalized solutions and recommendations. Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through resolution steps, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive continuous improvement in product/service offerings and customer support processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions using our CRM system. Contribute to the development of customer support resources, including knowledge base articles, FAQs, and tutorials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce) is a plus. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building lasting relationships with customers.
