We're looking to hire an Account / Sales Manager to join our team. Wage will vary depending on the individual's experience & work output. This job position also includes commission on all sales which may increase how much one can earn. The ideal candidate will be engaged with their customers on a weekly basis and always in tune with the temperature of the customer. Key factors to being successful in this role include a high level of proactive communication skills, eagerness to grow within the company and satisfy all clients, and the ability to problem solve both independently and as a team. Responsibilities: Customer Management: Represents a professional image with all crew members and customers, by maintaining proper employee actions, and through the use of approved USL uniform Day-to-day contact First respondent to customer requests Effectively communicates with customer regarding their needs, budgets, and expectations Communicates in a timely manner with customer regarding upcoming enhancement and maintenance projects or delays Build relationships with existing clients to grow portfolio Employee Management: Employee management will be accomplished with your Production Manager Team Member Hires field employees Evaluates crew leader performance Makes wage and compensation recommendations for field employees Assists in decisions of seasonal labor reduction Coordinates and communicates concerns between office and field Implements and follows disciplinary actions and procedures Responsible for morale of crew members Safety Management: Chooses topics and implements all Safety Tailgate Meetings, completes Safety Meeting form Ensures all vehicle and equipment inspections are completed as scheduled Reviews equipment/vehicles and removes unsafe equipment/vehicles from service Marketing and Sales Management: Implements Job Start Ups with Production Manager and Crew Leader New Property Maps will be updated with specific job details and locations (IRR Clocks, Ponds, Flowers, or Specific Client Needs areas). Reference Market Manager for specifics. Assist Market Manager with measurements of new sales, finding opportunities around current jobs, and customer handoff Quality Control: Manage and drive the punch list process with production manager Visit each of your jobs 2x/month MINIMUM. Specific jobs may require weekly visits. Assist Production Manager in quality control with Crew Leader Control quality of high-profile job locations (office, model apartment, clubhouse, entrance) Additional responsibilities/requirements available upon request.
