Senior Analyst, Supply Chain & Demand Planning (Hybrid)

Job Title: Sr. Demand Planning Analyst (Hybrid- Monroe, NJ Office) SUMMARY The Sr. Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for supply chain functions for BDI Nuclear, Injector Medical Devices and Drug Oral Imaging products. This role involves product forecasting, demand planning, logistics activities, and leading internal communications and S&OP processes to optimize inventory levels. The analyst will also analyze sales and distribution activities to ensure accuracy and timely processing of transactions and participate in improvement projects within the Customer Fulfillment department. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Responsibilities Critical Supply Assessments Evaluate inventory availability and communicate with key stakeholders Lead weekly supply chain meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers Own monthly S&OP processes for BDI product lines Prepare statistical forecasts based on historical trends and demand drivers Collaborate with Marketing and Finance for forecast changes Manage inventory stocking requirements and procurement processes Participate in cost reduction and revenue increase objectives Support improvement projects and revise SOPs and Training documents Other Responsibilities Maintain knowledge of company products and services Stay updated on cGMP through timely completion of training EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED MBA preferred 3-5 years of business experience in Demand Planning 1-3 years of Tools Group Demand Planning / Forecast software preferred 2-3 years SAP SD experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None required Lean Training Preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Remote opportunity available with 25% Travel Required to Home Office and/or Suppliers CORE COMPETENCIES Exceptional Performance – Make a Difference – Excellent written and verbal skills.
