Description Join our close-knit team as a Front Desk Concierge at our boutique property in the heart of Lionshead Village: The Lion, managed by East West Hospitality We're looking for a reliable, organized professional to take charge of Front Desk responsibilities while collaborating with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience. In this role, you'll also have the exciting opportunity to assist owners with Concierge services-unlocking potential commission-based earnings. If you're ready to bring exceptional service to our team and guests, we'd love to hear from youResponsibilities Include:Greeting and welcoming guests and ownersChecking guests in an out while assisting with luggage and property toursAssisting guests and owners with concierge requests such and restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and housekeeping requestsLocation: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO Employment Status: Full Time Seasonal Start Date: ASAP/FlexiblePay Rate: $22 / hour + commissions and any tips earned Annual 10% bonus based on performanceSchedule: Flexible mix of AM (7:30am-3:30pm) and PM (1:00pm-9:00pm) shifts.Posting Closing Date: 11/15/2024 (or until filled)Minimum Requirements One year of guest service experience Excellent guest service skillsBenefits & Perks:Enjoy our Winter Incentive Program (choose a merchant pass or equivalent bonus, depending on your start date), a 401(k) Plan with discretionary employer match and Paid Sick Time.
