Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the office runs smoothly.
  • Handle client inquiries and manage client scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Conduct orientation and training for new caregivers.
  • Provide occasional hands-on care to clients and assist in caregiver skill assessments.
  • Step in to perform caregiving duties in cases of staff shortages.
  • Perform initial intake assessments for new clients.
  • Develop care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
  • Current CNA or GNA certification required.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles in a healthcare setting, preferrably home care.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
