Position Overview

Swingtech, a prominent government contracting firm focused on technology-driven mission support services, is in search of a seasoned and results-oriented Financial & Resource Services Support Program Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee programs related to financial and resource services for government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all facets of the program, ensuring effective execution while adhering to established timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Design and uphold the project plan, ensuring resource alignment, management of deliverable deadlines, and contract oversight to maintain cost efficiency, scheduling, and quality of all financial and resource services.
  • Develop and sustain financial management strategies, including cost analysis and resource forecasting.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate needs, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations for financial and resource management initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance and resource utilization to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor staff, offering guidance and support to meet program objectives.
  • Engage with clients to address issues, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction with financial and resource services.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing similar activities within the Department of State.
  • Top Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in managing financial contracts within the Federal sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • CGFM Certification is preferred.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or business is highly desirable.

Additionally, an advanced degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred.
