Pay Range: $96,500 to $105,000 / yearly DOE

The hiring pay range for this position is $96,500 to $105,000 per year based on skills, education, and experience relevant to this role.

Effective the first of the month following the date of hire, employees are eligible to participate in the following Inventprise employee benefit programs:

Essential Functions:

Conduct monthly meetings with business leaders and provide HR guidance and coaching as necessary. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues. Keep apprised of employment law updates and compliance requirements. Provide guidance on/or develop HR policies and procedures and maintain the company handbook. Identify training needs and develop training, facilitating as required. Support department managers on workforce planning, hiring needs, and onboarding of new hires. Work with Quality department to ensure current job descriptions for each position are on file for compliance purposes. Manage the performance management process, including training and consultation for managers. Support compensation benchmarking, compensation reviews and follow-up, as needed.Manage compliance related projects as needed. Manage extended leave of absence requests and associated paperwork/tracking/benefits, as needed. Job Specifications:

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, conflict resolution skills, and experience managing employee grievances and disciplinary issues. Well-versed in immigration law and the visa application process. Experience working in the life sciences industry is a must. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite for managing employee data, generating reports, and analyzing HR metrics to support decision-making. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. Physical Demands:

Must be present on site for all related responsibilities and be able to routinely perform activities as defined above. Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Mental Demands:

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Highly organized with an attention to detail Able to work independently with changing priorities. Working Conditions:

Extended periods of time on the computer. Extended periods of time on your feet. Onsite presence is required in Washington, US.
