Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to management, aligning business objectives with employees and management. This role will provide HR guidance, investigate employee concerns, and recommend appropriate actions. The successful candidate will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance to management and employees, building trust and establishing strong credibility with all levels of management.
  • Investigate employee concerns and complaints, recommending appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, objectives, and short- and long-range planning to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within Centific.
  • Partner with the HR team to scale HR processes as the company grows across multiple offices and locations globally.
  • Provide support and guidance to managers in the employment and departure process, ensuring company policy and employment standards are followed.
  • Recommend and implement employee relation policies and practices, ensuring uniform and equitable application of all HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits to identify employee relation issues and take appropriate steps to address and resolve those issues.

Requirements

Education and Technical Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible HR Generalist experience with demonstrated knowledge and experience in Employee Relations practices, Employment laws, Compensation practices, Performance management, Training & Development programs.
  • Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, administration skills—particularly planning, execution, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-resolution skills required. Must be able to establish strong credibility with all levels of management.

  • Able to report to the office in Redmond, Washington.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $140k-160K per annum.
