Description:
Markon is currently seeking a Customer Account Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers.
Duties include:
Prepare, review, validate and send billing statements, project plans, and SLAs to customers
Submit monthly invoices to customers showing spending against their SLAs
Provide assistance and instructions to customers by answering questions and assisting them in navigating through business and financial processes
Work closely with Finance when preparing and analyzing SLAs, financial, or billing statements
Strong written and verbal communication skills including proof reading, writing, developing communications for the customer, creating communication plans, and writing speeches as needed.
Run monthly ad hoc financial reports and metrics
Review and approve timesheets as needed
Must have an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Basic knowledge of project management principles and concepts
Knowledge of Fee for Service or Working Capital Fund concepts and business models
Working knowledge of Government financial processing vehicles (Momentum, SLA Workflow, CAPTURE)
Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization (consulting and leadership experience a plus)
Minimum 3+ years experience with a strong business and finance background
