Technical Accountant Do you have a passion for technical accounting and want to take your expertise to the next level? RoseRyan is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Accountant to join our team. As a Technical Accountant, you will work closely with clients to provide guidance and support on technical accounting matters, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities: Provide technical accounting guidance to clients, including research and interpretation of accounting standards and regulations Assist with the implementation of new accounting pronouncements and ensure compliance with updated regulations Prepare and review technical accounting memos Collaborate with audit partners and other professionals on complex accounting issues Conduct technical accounting training sessions for clients and internal teams Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in technical accounting matters Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Experience performing the research and writing memos Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical accounting Thorough understanding and knowledge of US GAAP Experience with SEC reporting and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Experience in a consulting or advisory role is a plus Hourly consulting range is large DOE: $70/hr - $130/hr
