Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. 3-5+ years of accounting experience with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and systems improvement. Demonstrated experience in intracompany transfers reconciliation and financial systems optimization. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAGE, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
