We are a stable and well-respected US based company manufacturing and selling quality products in the bronze cast alloy, sleeve bearing, machined bronze component, and powdered metal component markets. Our growth requires us to find a qualified candidate with a positive, friendly personality, with the experience and abilities to excel in this role. The position will be responsible for overseeing all Internet & direct sales and manage all aspects of Bunting’s web presence. This position reports to the VP – Chief Sales Executive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all internet & direct sales

· Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO

  • Manage all aspects of Bunting’s web presence

· Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and share amongst Account Managers and cross functional teams.

· Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports to meet the established goals and objectives.

  • Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; and will identify and suggest products and services that will meet those needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
  • Collaborate with various departments and executive leadership to develop and implement internet & direct sales objectives to meet the corporate goals.
  • Report on web performance metrics
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • SEO
  • SEM
  • Understanding of Search Engine Algorithms
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and within tight deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Blueprint reading, mechanical aptitude, metal alloys, machining, and sleeve bearing application knowledge a plus.
  • Government sales a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • eMarketing and sales experience is required.
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM
  • Technical sales experience preferred
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
