The primary purpose of this position is to ensure continuous systematic process and business improvements utilizing a Lean mindset. This involves the development and implementation of a local VOS organization and a Lean culture within the US logistics organization. This position reports the Regional Logistics Director, North America and is part of the US logistics management team. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and conduct Lean onsite transformation workshops and implementing the results within the Logistics organization. Ensure link between business performance, local and global strategy and local VOS improvement activities. Identify potential process improvements within the local logistics organization. Assists in the design and promote the continuous improvement processes by identifying training needs and participate in delivering training in the areas of problem solving methodology, Kaizens, 5s, Kanban and Value Stream Mapping. Ensure updated VSMs for relevant flows. Drive improvements in Gemba. Create local VOS super users and develop competencies. Develop local knowledge sharing and contribute to global knowledge sharing. Develop local and global VOS content in collaboration with the VOS community. Ensure support and focus is given to the implementation of Standards across Logistics Operations. Standard Work Schedule:

7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday. This position is based out of the Greenwood, SC Distribution Center. Monthly Salary

: $5565 - $6955 Compensation based on the skills and experience of the candidate. Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science Degree is required. Knowledge of logistics operations and processes is required. Applied experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodology is required. Lean Six Sigma Certification is desirable. Effective

communication skills, both oral and written. Good time-management, organization and task prioritization abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, determine project urgency and create detailed action plans. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. Previous experience with SAP is beneficial. Excellent decision making and problem solving skills. Must be able to travel domestically frequently and internationally occasionally. Total travel up to 60 overnights per year. Project a positive and professional image. Overall good work, attendance and safety record.
