Industrial Engineering Planner II

This role involves leading and coordinating the Industrial Engineering Planning team to enhance lean manufacturing processes and layouts, boost efficiency and productivity, and increase local content while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
SAP

  • Develop and maintain Bill of Material (BOM), Routing, and KMATs for various products.
  • Gather and manage data to effectively drive the material control systems with BOMs and Routings.
  • Facilitate and process modifications for Engineering Change Requests.

Project Management

  • Act as the SAP Team Member to synchronize plant activities with the parent company.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate new products into local production.
  • Obtain tooling quotes and place orders with local suppliers to meet production requirements.
  • Engage in hands-on activities in production and the construction of necessary production tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and execute production enhancements and lean methodologies.
  • Establish, implement, audit, and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Process documentation.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve production-related issues as necessary.
  • Advise on and justify plant layout requirements to support operational improvements.

  • Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and improvements is preferred.
