You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level or equivalent performing duties that include:
Gathering and analyzing information to develop hypotheses to present information and analysis to senior leadership.
Providing technical assistance and direct support to management staff in all matters related to the application of planning systems and program management to meet mission requirements.
Developing, and evaluating policies in assigned program areas and recommend actions to achieve organizational objectives and improvements.
Implementing and monitoring sophisticated management information systems that focus on long and short range plans, policies and programs in the direction of goals, objectives and priorities established by statutes, executive orders or executive management.
