This experience may have been gained through work experience as a project/program manager, team lead or project/program lead, technical advisor, or senior specialist/analyst that included managing resources, providing support to managers, mentoring team members, providing day to day guidance training and/or oversight of peers or others.Experience applying regulations, other official guidance, and principles, including the latest procedures and techniques sufficient to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the technical aspects of programs specific to the position being filled. Experience applying communicative techniques to effectively and diplomatically interact with internal and external customers.
Additional experience includes, leading project assignments that required a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish implementation of organization-wide technology application and/or software projects or studies using Enterprise Life Cycle (ELC) framework. Experience meeting with internal and external business stakeholders, senior management, and executives to define goals and objectives of project. Experience serving as the resident expert relating to all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation. Experience with oral and written communication to write reports and present findings and recommendations to internal and external business stakeholders, senior management, and executives.
